How The Academic Editor handles your personal information and your manuscripts.
What I collect
When you use the enquiry form, I collect the details you provide (such as your name, email address and project information) so I can respond to you. The form is processed by [Formspree / Netlify], which stores submissions on my behalf.
How I use it
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the project. I do not sell or share it, and I do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.
Your manuscripts
Documents you send me are treated as confidential, used only for the agreed editing work, stored securely, and deleted [within X months] of the project’s completion unless you ask me to keep them. I do not upload client manuscripts to generative AI services.
Access and questions
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you at any time by using the contact form.
